The South City Park Neighborhood Association (SCPNA) is a community-building organization and the official voice of City Park renters, homeowners, and business owners to the City of Denver regarding neighborhood issues. Let your voice be heard and join the SCPNA as we meet every other month to build community, inform members, and discuss and vote on issues that matter to our neighborhood.

Our March Meeting will be held in person at Montview Manor (1663 Steele Street) and will have opportunities for community members to review a draft report that, if adopted, would recommend a Conservation Overlay District in parts of South City Park.
You will also have an opportunity to talk to Community Planning staff about the Unlocking Housing Choices project and learn how this overlay intersects with proposed changes to the zoning code.
Can’t make it to the meeting? We will post the draft report and a community survey in the overlay portion of our Priorities page (second section) from 3/13-4/13/26.
We are so thankful to our partners - Radian Inc, Community Planning & Development, and Historic Denver - for joining us in this event!
