The South City Park Neighborhood Association (SCPNA) is a community-building organization and the official voice of City Park renters, homeowners, and business owners to the City of Denver regarding neighborhood issues. Let your voice be heard and join the SCPNA as we meet every other month to build community, inform members, and discuss and vote on issues that matter to our neighborhood.

Our March Meeting was held in person at Montview Manor and had opportunities for community members to review a draft report that, if adopted, would recommend a Conservation Overlay District in parts of South City Park. Attendees also had an opportunity to talk to Community Planning staff about the Unlocking Housing Choices project and learn how this overlay intersects with proposed changes to the zoning code.

Didn’t make it to the meeting? The draft report and a community survey is posted in the overlay portion of our Priorities page (second section) from 3/13-4/13/26.

We are so thankful to our partners - Radian Inc, Community Planning & Development, and Historic Denver - for their work on this project!
