Neighborhood Association

South City Park Neighbor Association is a member organization of neighbors who live and/or own property within South City Park.

Dues are $10 per individual per year.  SCPNA runs on a calendar year.

Renewal is in January of each year. Dues paid after January pay for membership from date of payment through December 31 of that year.

Benefits of Membership:

  • Be the first to hear about neighborhood issues such as zoning changes and other neighborhood happenings.
  • Vote on neighborhood concerns and board appointees.
  • Exclusive invitations to membership events, social gatherings and SCPNA neighborhood events.
  • Receive a Bluebird District Neighborhood Card good for 10% off most businesses on Colfax.

Membership is $10 per person. Anyone can sign up for the e-mail newsletter and get periodic South City Park news, but only members receive the benefits above.
