Ad Hoc Committees

     Zoning/Liquor License Committee: 

Formed in 2014 the Committee will be responsible for looking into all rezoning requests and making a recommendation to SCPNA for a vote.  

Meets monthly on the 2nd Monday - 7-8:30

South City Park Neighbor Association is a member organization of neighbors who live and/or own property within South City Park. 

Dues are $10 per individual per year.  SCPNA runs on a calendar year. 

Renewal is in January of each year. Dues paid after January pay for membership from date of payment through December 31.

​​​​​​​​​The South City Park Neighborhood Association (SCPNA) is your official voice to the City of Denver regarding neighborhood issues.  Currently there are over 300 members for the approximate 4,000 residents.  SCPNA meets every other month to inform its members, discuss neighborhood issues, and vote on issues that matter to our neighborhood.

Reminder: 2016 Dues are due in January 2016

4/1/16 to 4/7/16 - Voting period when 2016 SCPNA members can vote.  

ONLINE Voting closes at 5pm 4/7/16

4/8/16 - SCPNA will have a window of time for SCPNA members who have not voted online to vote in person from 6-7pm on 4/8/16 at Hooked on Colfax, 3213 E. Colfax.  South City Park residents who are not 2016 SCPNA members can join and vote at this time.

Reminder for 2016 – Memberships are Individual, not per household.  Anyone can sign up for the e-mail newsletter and get periodic SCP News, but only members receive the benefits above.
