COMING UP AT THE NEXT GENERAL MEETING JANUARY 18:
DISCUSSION and VOTE on Memorandum of Understanding
SCPNA members — YOU! — will vote whether or not to authorize and direct SCPNA to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Sunflower Market Project.
Although terms of the MOU are still under negotiation, it is anticipated that it will be close to finalized by the Jan 18 meeting. A YES vote will be to support rezoning for the project.
Here are the MOUs with revisions. Also Sean Mandel's responses to questions by SCPNA, and some concerns voiced by a resident who lives within 200' of the project:
